We are seeking an experienced AI Bot Programmer to join our team and help us develop cutting-edge AI-powered chatbots and virtual assistants. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing algorithms, models, and software for natural language processing (NLP) and conversational AI.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop AI algorithms and models for NLP and conversational AI tasks such as intent recognition, dialogue management, and sentiment analysis.
- Implement AI-powered chatbots and virtual assistants for various use cases such as customer service, e-commerce, and personal assistance.
- Work with large datasets to train and fine-tune models for NLP and conversational AI.
- Collaborate with a team of engineers and designers to research and develop new AI technologies for chatbots and virtual assistants.
- Continuously research and stay up-to-date on the latest developments and trends in the field of NLP and conversational AI.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Debug and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the development process.
- Work with other teams such as design, product, and customer support to ensure the chatbot’s performance and user experience are optimal.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in Python or other programming languages such as C++ or Java.
- Experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Knowledge of deep learning frameworks such as Keras or TensorFlow.
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and conversational AI frameworks such as Dialogflow, Rasa, or Microsoft Bot Framework.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP or Azure is a plus.
