Job Title: Technical Recruiter – AI
Reports to: Director of Talent Acquisition
Nerd Bench is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and identifying top talent in the AI field. This includes identifying and recruiting AI engineers, data scientists, machine learning experts, and other AI-related positions.
- Sourcing and identifying top talent in the AI field through various recruiting channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Screening and interviewing candidates to ensure they meet the necessary qualifications and skills for the position.
- Creating and managing a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
- Building and maintaining relationships with candidates throughout the recruiting process.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand the specific needs and requirements for each open position.
- Providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in AI recruiting.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter in the AI field.
- Strong understanding of the AI industry and the various roles within it.
- Proven track record of sourcing and recruiting top talent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with recruiting software and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and CRM.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. Human Resources, Business, Computer Science) preferred.
